Depending on the IR35 status determination for the role, we may alternatively contract with the candidate's personal service company. We provide onboarding support and assistance to candidates who are new to contracting including help with PI insurance cover, IR35 advice, and more.

Insurance Help

We have established relationships with experienced insurers/broker who can assist with procuring professional indemnity cover and also insurance for IR35 and other risks.

IR35

We understand and can assist contractors on navigating through the IR35 tax regime, working with clients on status determinations and structuring roles so that they can fall outside of IR35. We can use insurance to remove tax liability risk from the supply chain.
