Contax Law work exclusively with In House Legal Departments from the FTSE 50 to the FTSE 250 and they have an opportunity for a 3 to 5 years Qualified Commercial Lawyer to be based in the Bristol Office of their FTSE 5O client.The role will be working from home initially until the Bristol once offices reopenRequirements:·Knowledge of technology, the telecoms industry and convergence.·Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory framework in which Consumer operates.·Comfortable influencing/delivering strategically important projects.·Ability to question intelligently, challenge rigorously and recommend – with sound business judgment- a course of action to a stakeholder.·Excellent drafting, communication, stakeholder management and organisation. ·Strong team player.·Ability to work under time pressure to demanding timescales. ·Self-motivated, proactive, optimistic, energetic, resilient, effective at prioritising and able to deal with multiple matters at the same time. · Qualified solicitor with current practicing certificate in England + Wales and/or Scotland.·3 - 5 years PQE.·In-house experience beneficial, but not essential.

The contracts will be for a minimum of 12 months and potential for longer scope beyond this. Note:Candidates need to be commutable to Birmingham.
